  • Opened or used items, including partially used root bark powder, cannot be returned.

To start a return, email us at contact@mimosarootstore.nl with your order number and reason for the return.

2. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets our requirements, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • You are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent).

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at contact@mimosarootstore.nl with photos of the damage. We will offer a full refund, replacement, or store credit—whichever you prefer.

We will cover return shipping costs for damaged or defective products.

4. Exchanges

To exchange an item, please return the original product following our return policy, then place a new order for the desired item.

5. Cancellations

To cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at contact@mimosarootstore.nl. We can only cancel orders before shipping. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible, but you may return the item after delivery.
